Payment methods – what we offer

We offer you various ways to pay, such as by credit card, SEPA Direct Debit or instant transfer. Simply choose the method that best suits your needs. Please be aware that, as a new company, we are not yet able to offer payment after delivery as a payment method. In the rare event that you are not satisfied with a product, we will, of course, refund your payment if you return the product to us in good condition. The following section provides an overview of the payment methods that we offer. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail or phone. Our contact details can be found on the Contact or Legal Disclosure page.

Additional security for credit card payments with 3-D Secure.Verified by VISA and MasterCard Secure Code use special encryption methods to make it extremely safe for you to pay by credit card online. If you participate in 3-D Secure, a new input screen opens during the payment transaction, which connects you (the cardholders) to your bank. You then simply have to enter your personal password to identify yourself as the legitimate cardholder. The process is similar to entering your PIN at a POS terminal.

However, it offers the advantage of not having to install any software on your computer. Both registered and non-registered customers are automatically redirected to their bank's website during the payment process. Please follow the on-screen instructions to successfully complete your order.

Payment by SEPA Direct Debit

SEPA Direct Debit

To standardise payments within the EU, the German direct debit procedure is being replaced by the SEPA Direct Debit procedure (Single Euro Payments Area).

If you issue us with a SEPA mandate, the payment is deducted directly from your bank account. This is usually done upon the goods being dispatched. If you return the goods, the deducted amount is re-credited to your account.

Payment by instant transfer

Payment by instant transfer

We also offer the option of paying by instant transfer. With his method, we receive the transferred funds immediately, which speeds up the entire order process. You only need an account number, sort code, PIN and TAN. Using the secure Sofort AG payment form, which cannot be accessed by the retailer, the automated system sets up an instant transfer in your online bank account in real time. The amount is immediately transferred directly to the retailer's bank account. When choosing instant transfer as the payment method, a form will open at the end of the order process, pre-populated with our bank details, the amount to be transferred and the payment reference. You then have to select the country in which your bank account is based and also enter the sort code. You then enter the same data that you use to log into online banking (account number and pin). Confirm your order by entering the TAN. The transaction is then confirmed immediately. In principle, anyone who has an online banking account which uses the PIN/TAN procedure can choose instant transfer as the payment method. Please note that instant transfer is not yet offered by some banks. More information about whether your bank supports this method can be found here:
